Travel and Food Blog of a Nomad
Fishballs are ball shaped patties made from fish meat and a common street food in the Philippines. Its very cheap and tasty which made it very popular among the locals.
It was no wonder that this street food can be found almost anywhere in the Philippines, even in far flung provinces such as El Nido.
Fishballs, squidballs, cheese sticks and kwek kwek (boiled egg in orange batter) became a hit in El Nido town among locals and to foreigners as well.
These deep fried delicacies are often served with a variety of dipping sauces, spicy, sweet and vinegar.
Filipinos are really fond of eating fried food.
