Fruit shakes vendor are plentiful in all countries in Southeast Asia especially in the tourist areas. The choices varies from locally grown fruits and imported ones. My favorite usually include, banana, pineapple, melon and watermelon. But sometimes when I get tired of my usual fresh fruit shakes (or fruit milkshakes) I go to coffee shops and order ice blended coffee or chocolate drinks. I once spotted a coffee shop along the road near Siem Reap River and decided to go in to try some of their ice blended drinks.
I was surprised when I saw Cashew Nut Shake on the menu and immediately ordered one.
After a few minutes I got a full glass of cashew nut shake and immediately took a sip. And I was blown away, roasted cashew blended with milk sugar and ice is like magic. It tasted so refreshing, sweet but not that much just perfect for my taste. I highly recommend that you give it a try.
