I’ve been to Bon Cafe in Siem Reap on different ocassions and I usually order Cashew Nut Shake. The last time I went there to order Cashew Nut Shake again, me and my friend have decided to try some of their dishes. I was thinking about ordering Beef Lok lak but since we just had them the other day, we just ordered the Seafood and Pork Fried Rice.
The Seafood Fried Rice tasted like the Pork Fried Rice, maybe because the basic ingredients were basically the same (rice, veggies and egg) except that the main highlight of the dish was seafood and the other one was pork. The serving was big and justified the hefty cost of $2.50 (each) for a fried rice. The surprising thing about this dish was the dipping sauce. I thought it was just regular soy sauce but after tasting it, I realized that they’re using Japanese Soy Sauce and they added a bit of wasabi in it which made it so tasty and a bit spicy.
